FuboTV Competition Terms

Persons under the age of 21 years are not permitted to participate.
Entrants are required to be a US citizen and currently living within USA
(1st) First prize is a FuboTV Subscription for 6 (six) months.
Competition entries close on 31 October 2024 at 23:59 ET.
Entry into this competition is free and in order to enter this promotion you will need to register with a valid email address.
Only 1 (one) entry per participant is allowed – in the event that multiple entries are identified, only the first entry will be deemed valid. Any additional entries will be invalid.
The winners will be notified within five (5) days of 31 October 2024.
The winners will be notified via the email address furnished.
The prize winners must provide a valid and legal form of identification in the form of a US identity document, drivers’ license, or passport.
If the prize winners fail to claim or Sportify.Club is unable to reach the prize winner, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect email – Sportify.Club reserves the right, after a period of seven (10) days, to issue the prize to the next participant. In such instances, the initial prize winner will forfeit the prize without compensation.
Participants may be invited to take part in publicity campaigns subject to agreement.
No staff member of Sportify.Club and/or any of their affiliated companies or agencies, tenants, business partners, members of their immediate family, or staff members of the sponsor of the competition or any of their affiliated companies or agencies, and members of their immediate family or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies may enter the competition.
By entering this competition, you are permitting Sportify.Club and its affiliate network of sites to contact you.
The judges’ decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that contact details provided are correct and updated, should they change before the end of the competition or within the competition period.
The prize is not negotiable, nor transferable.
The decisions made by Sportify.Club management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, rules, prizes and compliance is in accordance with Sportify.Club’s standards of conduct. No correspondence will be entered into. Sportify.Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (such as technical failures, natural disasters or interruption to FuboTV)
